Contracts, devis and signatures

Automatic contract and quote generation with secure electronic signature compliant with eIDAS and RGS standards.

How does it work?

Automatic quote generation

Gotchaaaa automatically generates the quote adapted to the mission. The service provider attaches their General Terms and Conditions of Sale (CGV) to this quote.

Electronic signature

The company signs the quote electronically via Gotchaaaa, which guarantees authenticity, integrity and legal value of your quotes.

Conformity and security

  • Explicit validation of contract acknowledgment
  • Identity verification by OTP code
  • Complete audit trail with timestamp
  • SHA-256 cryptographic fingerprint for integrity
  • Secure archiving for minimum 5 years

Storage and accessibility

Once signed, the quote is automatically archived and accessible at any time from your personal space. You can view, download, or share it in a few clicks, from any device.

Invoicing

Upon end-of-mission validation, Gotcha automatically generates its commission invoice (13%) and sends it to the provider.

The service invoice is also automatically generated as a PDF by Gotcha and sent to the company. From September 2027, providers will be required to emit it themselves via an Approved Platform — Gotcha will provide all the necessary data at that point.

Electronic invoicing reform

From September 2026, all companies must designate an Approved Platform (PA) to receive electronic invoices. The obligation to emit via a PA applies to independents and SMEs from September 2027. Until then, PDF invoices remain legally valid.

Legal security
